All our kits are custom made to your specific order especially for your vehicle, your darkness combination, pre cut and pre shrunk. NO REFUNDS are allowed once the kit is ordered after two days. In case of a delivery damage we insure all kits and will replace the kit in full at no cost to you, the buyer. Refunds approved by pre cut tint will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, (minus shipping which is non-refundable).,

Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the hottint.com website ("Website") provided by Hot Tint Speed & Sound ("Company"). These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by the Company at any time in its discretion. Your use of the Website after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Please consult these Terms and Conditions regularly.

Scope. This Website is open to the general public and may facilitate the purchase of goods or services from the Company. The terms of sale applicable to any such purchase will be set forth in an agreement that requires your affirmative acceptance before the purchase is consummated. Such terms of sale will be in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Permitted Use. You have a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited, revocable right to use the Website solely for your personal consumer, informational, and entertainment use. You will not use the Website for any other purpose, including any commercial purpose, without the Company's express prior written consent.

By using the Website you specifically consent to personal jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the state courts of Maryland sitting in Montgomery County. The waiver by the Company of any provision of these Terms and Conditions on any occasion and upon any particular circumstances shall not operate as a waiver of such provision on any other occasion or upon any other circumstances.

PLEASE OBEY YOUR STATE TINTING LAWS BEFORE ORDERING
Window tinting laws very from state to state about the different windows light transmission (darkness of tint) which are allowed. before installing our products on your vehicle you should check with your local police or local official tinting laws that comply with your state. We the factory and seller assume no responsibility for the misuse, illigal or improper application of our products. Some states require a legal tint sticker which will be included with the kit.
